Conversation
The therapeutic relationship is the foundation of our work: a place to explore what is happening now, what has been carried forward and what may become possible through greater understanding, support and choice.
Practice
Therapy can make room for both the parts of life we can describe clearly and the experiences that are harder to name. Our work begins with what matters to you and develops at a pace that respects your needs, history and goals.
Ways of working
The therapeutic relationship is the foundation of our work: a place to explore what is happening now, what has been carried forward and what may become possible through greater understanding, support and choice.
Our work may explore emotional and relational patterns, formative experiences and the stories through which you understand yourself and your world. Insight is paired with attention to how you want to live, relate and respond differently.
Some experiences become clearer through imagery, metaphor, art-making or symbolic reflection. These approaches are always optional, collaborative and used only when they support the aims of therapy.
A note on tarot
Tarot is an optional reflective practice—not a way to predict, diagnose, decide or replace clinical care. You do not need an interest in tarot to work with Emma; the authority over your life and choices remains with you.Write to Emma
